This document governs your use of the VEB Shop portal and outlines the terms for automotive repair services provided by VEB Lease, LLC and MurgEx.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use of Portal: This portal is intended for authorized customers of VEB Lease, LLC. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, service records and estimate data are subject to final verification by shop staff.
4. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and data on this site are the property of MurgEx and VEB Lease, LLC.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging the services of the Shop, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. By authorizing an estimate provided by VEB Lease, LLC, you agree to the parts and labor costs described.
2. Estimates & Authorization
All cost estimates provided by the Shop are based on the initial assessment. Actual costs may vary. You hereby authorize the repair work described in the estimate to be done along with the procurement of materials, including permission to operate the vehicle for testing. Final invoices may vary slightly due to shop supplies or environmental fees.
3. Parts and Materials
The Shop reserves the right to use new, used, or aftermarket parts as deemed appropriate. All parts are new unless specified otherwise.
4. Warranty
VEB Shop provides a limited warranty on repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, used parts, or customer-supplied parts.
5. Liability & Loss
You agree that VEB Lease, LLC and MurgEx are not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or articles left in it due to fire, theft, or causes beyond our control.
6. Delays
The Shop is not liable for delays caused by unavailability of parts or transporter delays.
Full payment is required upon vehicle release unless prior billing arrangements have been made with MurgEx.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Comcheck, Relay Payments, and Credit Cards.
* A 4% convenience fee applies to all Credit Card transactions.
Storage Fees: Parking charges will be $25 per day per vehicle commencing 72 hours after repairs are completed and invoices remain unpaid.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. No returns or refunds on special ordered items or electrical parts.
